Job description of theatrical director resume includes following duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead productions for the youth theater at the theater and in group of people venues.
  • Conduct auditions for productions, hiring and selecting designers, musicians.
  • Communicate and interact among every parties involved, with actors, team the production, the creative team and makers.
  • Adapt a script and, if the play is recently written, working among the writer or collaborate among playwrights.

  • Guide and deliver drama workshops in community settings among young people, children and adults.
  • Work among director and education director to devise and carry a program of education work for the theater that reflects a promise to the idea of life-long learning and that presents a wide range of chances for people regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, culture and ability.
  • Attend preview presentations and organize full notes for the cast and production and creative teams.
  • Make sure fulfillment at every times with the theaters equivalent opportunities and safety strategies and practices.
