WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Training managers arrange and supervise training programs in an organization.

The same as a training manager you should ensure staff increase and increase the abilities they require to perform their duties successfully. You would carry out this by planning and coordinating training which covers up the future requirements of organization.

As an option, you may work towards the following education:
  • NVQ levels 3, 4 and 5 in Development and Learning
  • NVQ Level 3 in Direct Training and Support
  • NVQ level 4 or 5 in management or personnel areas.
When you have accomplished NVQs, you can be qualified for the suitable CIPD membership's level.

You may also complete postgraduate and MSc degrees in development, training and management, generally by distance learning or part time study.
