Clinical Case Manager ResumeJob Description: A clinical case manager should have the ability to communicate with clarity and possess compassion and create a welcoming environment to the clinic customers. He/she must have the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks. A clinical case manager has to cooperate in all aspects to provide clinical care to the patients to reach the maximum cost effective quality. A clinical case manager must analyse and supervise the work load of the employees and distribute the work load in a fair manner. He or she must be responsible for the maximum utilization of the resources and monitor the same. He/she should discuss with the doctors and other staff and ensure that the Government regulations are strictly adhered. A clinical case manager must be aware of the latest trends and knowledge of clinical practices in specialty areas. He/she must liaise between the patients and the clinical teams and build a good relationship among them. He/she has to involve him/her with the performances and improvement activities and must come forward to resolve clinical issues, which affect the patients' outcome. He/she also has the responsibility to enhance consumer participation and involvement in the planning and delivery of services to carry out the case management plans. Professional Experience: At present, I am working as a clinical case manager in Perfect Health System in Madison, WI from January, 2007 to till today and my responsibilities are given hereunder.
