Customer Care Executive ResumeWhat do you generally do when you are stuck up with a problem in your SIM card or you are unable to get details of your bank account? In most cases, people prefer calling the call center and ask queries. It is the responsibility of the customer care executive to make a notice of your complaint and give proper solutions. A customer care executive should have good communication skills. He/she should be polite while dealing with customers (you can definitely expect a person to speak rudely after his important call was missed because of the bad network from the company). He/should have thorough details of the work and should have good marketing skills. A customer care executive resume should mention your academic details, as now-a-days some of the companies have started hiring freshers. If you have prior experience in this field, it will improve the chances of getting a call for the job interview. An example of customer care executive resume is presented here. Go through it before you start writing the resume. Ramona G. Abreu

When you write a resume, always think from an employer's perspective. Mention each and every detail in the resume and highlight important points. Read the requirements of the employer carefully and put those points in your resume. Do not make spelling mistakes as it spoils the impression. Avoid writing in paragraphs; short and simple sentences would work instead. Remember that you write the events in proper sequence, so that the reader can easily scan through it. Your resume is the first impression on the employer and a well written resume will impress the employer in one go itself! So always take care that every thing you mention is clear and proper in terms of grammar. Your resume should be such that the employer should feel that you are the perfect candidate for the job. |
