Job Description:

An association executive has the responsibility to preside over the executive committee meetings of the association and the general body meeting. If warranted, he or she has to convene special meetings subject to the framed by-laws. The executive is responsible to ensure that the selected activities at the meetings are carried out properly.

An association executive has the responsibility to see that the meetings are convened according to the goals, purpose and objectives set forth by the committee. He or she has to represent the association in community. The executive has to ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the association are carried out even in the absence of some of the members, and strictly enforce the rules and regulations of the association.

He or she has to carry out the assignments and instructions given by the vote of the members. As and when found necessary, the executive can form co-ordinate committees and task forces to accomplish the goals of the association. He or she has to act as an ex-officio member of all the committees and process the applications received for various purposes. Above all, the executive has to maintain the minutes of all the meetings held during his tenure.

  • I was responsible for renewing lease agreements, preparing notes for rental increase and other documents.
  • I was responsible for advising the members to follow the rules and regulations of the association strictly and implementing the policies of the company in a smooth manner.

I have a Master's degree in Arts from a College in Georgia.
I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a University in Ohio.
