Production Engineer Resume

It's the responsibility of the Production Engineer to make sure that the products reach the market at the right time and in good condition. He is also responsible to make sure that proper coordination is made with the supply chain department. To check if the production is done according to the company norms is also one of his tasks. The complete production chain is handled by him -- receiving the raw material and checking it, checking the machinery required for the production, giving the details of the particular modification in the machinery, and/or the packaging, arranging for proper storage of materials, giving details of special requirements during transportation; taking into consideration the different regions (say, exporting an eatable to another country which has high atmospheric temperature, which could spoil the product; in such cases, correct temperature arrangements are made). A Production Engineer needs to pay attention to every detail in the production procedure. A single mistake at any stage can lead to wastage of the entire lot of products (and the lots are in tonnes!) leading to heavy losses for the company. Just production is not enough, giving correct instructions to the supply chain department for transportation is also his responsibility (as the products must reach in a good condition and required quantity to the retail agents).
