Job Description:

• Perform an active participation in the mortgage recovery process.
• Advice the mortgage borrowers with some ideas when they are not able to pay back the loan.
• Check the status reports of the juniors like mortgage brokers and executives.
• Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products;
• Maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (FSA);
• Producing financial reports;

• Preparing and sending out annual summaries of investment and pension and cost details to clients.
• Operate in accordance with Legal and General Operating Procedures and the role of Mortgage Advisor as documented in the LandG Operating Procedures

• Ability to remain focused, enthusiastic and flexible whilst working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently and effectively, adopting an appropriate style and approach for the audience.
• Experience of working in the role of providing financial advice and/or financial guidance.
