Property Manager Cover Letter

Property Manager resume cover letter is written by individuals who have a good experience in the real estate market and know the correct markets to fish in, and bring the dealings to a profitable conclusion. A property manager looks after a house, commercial space or a business space on behalf of its real owner.

Often an owner of a property does not have the time or skills to efficiently manage his property when he wants to put that property on sale or rent. Posting rent ads, searching for potential paying guests/ buyers, accompanying them to see the property, etc is a lot of work and involves the owner's personal presence at all the times, thus eating away the entire day. It is here that the property manager comes into picture. Often such property mangers work for some real estate firms that provide their human resource and expertise to the clients in handling their property on their behalf. They relieve the owner of all the headache involved in marketing of the place, fixing up the right, profitable rent scale, finding the right tenants, managing and repairing the property so as to keep it in good shape, etc. After the place has been given on rent, the property manager has the task of collecting the rents on time, and to attend to any complains of the tenants about property repairs.

I received your call this morning at the Gibson's Real Estate Services' office. You enquired about our specialized services to assist you in managing your property and putting it up for rent. I am writing with regards to that conversation and sending you this letter containing the details about my work as a property manager here in the real estate market of Florida, Miami. According to our conversation, you have a row house in the XYZ area of Miami, which you want to put up for rent.
