• He has to sort the garbage in different categories like - dry waste and wet waste; domestic garbage and commercial garbage, etc.
• The garbage collector drives the garbage-collecting vehicle from residential and industrial areas.
• He has to work with both automated (with machinery) and non automated vehicles provided to him. For this, he has to be well acquainted with the provided equipment.
