Job Description:

The main responsibility of the technology project manager is to direct the development of IT strategies that give full support to the company's overall business plans. The project manager has to lead the team that is responsible for overall development including systems and application development. He or she has to work with the technical people in translating corporate and functional business into IT languages and operating business plan.

The project manager has to collaborate with the other technology and service departments to develop the company's IT projects. The technology project manager has to act as a liaison officer between the client and the company technical team in realising the business techniques and system requirements and later to find a satisfactory solution in respect of the clients.

As a captain of the team, the project manager must be capable of gathering the requirements from the clients. His or her responsibility is to build project plans and prepare the statement of works. The project manager should understand the resources available and to deliver the projects on time and within the allowed budget.

With my vast experience in IT field, I am looking for a great position as technology project manager in a renowned company to use my skills for the better prospects of the company and to gain more and more experience, as learning has no end.

Work Experience:

I am working as a technology project manager in a reputed company in Georgia from June, 2007 to till date.
I am responsible for the multiple projects of the company regarding strategic business and other objectives of the organisation.
I am totally responsible for building faithfulness, developing of rapport and good contact and maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders at various levels inclusive of external people, who are associated with the organisation.
As I am experienced with defining and initiating the projects, I used to assign the fellow managers different components of the projects keeping in mind the ultimate success of the program.
I was vigilant in watching the programme scope with certain business objectives and recommended necessary changes to re-set the programmes for more effective performances and achieve better results.
In view of my vast experience, I am assisting the management in recruiting new candidates and training them in all the business activities of the organisation.

Prior to the employment stated above, I had good experience in working as technical project manager in a company in Texas from the year 2004 to 2006, during which I had performed the following duties with excellence.

I was responsible for delivering new projects and thereby I have secured new partners and consulting engagements resulting in the growth of the company with increase in profit.
As a project manager, I was in charge of maintaining program management processes in the areas such as quality management, resource management, cost management, etc. I had maintained all the program management with the disciplines required.
I was also deeply engaged in project management as well as project planning
I was also in charge of preparing the budget and with the available financial resources; I could achieve profits for the organisation.

Educational Qualifications:

I have the post graduate degree in Masters of Business Administration from the University in Georgia. I have also got many certificates for having undergone the courses in computer applications, computer languages and both software and hardware in computer technology.
