Main responsibility is to prepare the control system for the poultry farm/industry, which controls, optimizes all the conditions of this industry. It mainly included the design of the multihouse controllers along with the RS-485 communication system. The development of the design was from the preparation of PCB up to its programming and troubleshooting. These systems can be interfaced to PC through software prepared by myself in Visual C++. The controller, itself, had the capability to act as data acquisition system because of the graphical interface programs using the touch screen technology.

Responsible to handle the entire Research and design Department. The projects i undertook were related to emergency lighting industry and elevator industry. Which, inturn, included the various position controls, motor controls, indication controls, control systems for the maintenance and protection, battery charging and elevators. The design of all these detectors revolved around the infrared optoelectronics. The main part of the design was the microprocessor. All the programming was done in the assembly language. Designing of the PCB was done using the CAD systems. All the programming equipments required for production were built which included automated testing of the production at various stages, quality control check, and component level testing.

The basis function of the controller used was to measure the dielectric properties of oil. Prepared a microprocessor based design to analyze the flow information in the pipe, streams and sewers. These designs were computerized and portable, therefore, enhancing the reliability.
