Bankruptcy Analyst Resume

In the USA, every individual and every business house has a credit rating. This credit rating determines the financial standing of an individual or a business. When someone wishes to apply for a personal or business loan, one's credit rating is checked before approving for the same. This credit rating is given by the credit rating agencies of the USA namely, Transunion, Experia, and Equifax.

When one's credit rating is bad, it means that he is going through a bad financial phase. In such situations, one has to work hard to overcome the financial crisis and improve credit rating. If after all efforts, the credit rating fails to improve then the person can file for bankruptcy. However, it is not easy to file for bankruptcy.

When one does so, it stays on his credit report for 7 years and is relieved of all the debts he had to clear. Thus, the bankruptcy applications have to be analyzed thoroughly to allow an individual to take such a step and get relieved from the clearing of all the debts he has had. The person responsible for the same is known as a bankruptcy analyst.

A bankruptcy analyst is responsible for judging and analyzing the bankruptcy applications. This person also works on behalf of his clients and handles all the required legal formalities related to bankruptcy filing. The person usually works with a group of clients and monitors their bankruptcies such that they can get over them and get their credit scores back to normal.
