Account Manager Resume

An account manager's duties vary according to the type of work he is supposed to complete in a particular organization. He is responsible for relationship management with customers, solving their queries, efficient management of client accounts, quality conformance, satisfying doubts and problems of existing customers and looking for potential clients. He has to manage accounts and constantly search for potential clients, so that there will be an increase in the business of the organization.

Preparing reports, managing customer accounts, persuading potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements and needs, etc., are also a part of the manager's duties on the whole. He needs to have knowledge about accounting and finance functions and correspondence along with different software applications used for maintaining accounts and reporting consequently.
