Attorney Cover Letters

A title attorney cover letter is an official document offering insight to the recruiting law firm into the profile of the applicant for the post of title attorney. A title attorney has to deal with the legalities involving property ownership title rights. He takes up cases involving disputes over property, titles, lease and other kinds of contracts. The work involves careful scrutiny of all the related documents and studying signatures along with other important correspondence between the client and the defaulter. Land ownership cases are one of the most common types here. He also provides underwriting services. Based on his findings, he represents his clients in the court of law.

The basic education qualification required for this kind of job is a Masters in Law and a good amount of prior experience as a legal intern. The applicant must be knowledgeable about all the sections and laws involved in the matters of intellectual as well as real estate property.
