The position described in your ad suggests that you may be looking for someone with my background and skills. As my resume indicates, I have experience on both residential and commercial projects and experience supervising and training new workers. Also, I am highly-motivated, as indicated by the fact that I have successfully run my own company for several years.

Despite my success with my own company, I would prefer spending more time doing my trade than handling all the additional demands of being an entrepreneur.
