Considering today’s job market scenario one is bound to come across a fierce and cut throat competition in every sector in every level. Whether it is a job in a government department or one in a privately owned organization, a job candidate has to face stiff competition in each and every step of the recruitment process irrespective of his or her prospective profession. In fact, it’d be right to state that just having the required academic qualification is not really sufficient to end up with a high profile job.

However, if someone is starting fresh in this profession, it is always advisable to keep the resume short, precise and to the point instead of filling up pages with unnecessary and irrelevant information. In fact, an employee relations resume must reflect the candidate’s personality and should accordingly be detailed and sleek at the same time. In doing such a resume one must never forget to add any bit of relevant information about any related work he or she may have done in life whether paid or unpaid as experience is the rule of the day in employee relations.
