There are many people who apply for a single job and gives interview for the same. But who is the one who finally gets the job?

Is he the person who deserves the job most? Is he the person who is most qualified for the job? Well the answer is “No.”

The person who finally gets the job is the person who does well in the interview (interview tips). He (or she) is the person who knows how to portray well in front of the interviewer verbally and non-verbally. He is the person who impresses the interviewer the most.

So, it is not always the resume which counts the most in getting your desired job! Yes, resume does the first work for you and makes your first impression. But that first impression doesn’t last much in the interview. So make sure you are prepared for the interview.
